A1534 will not power on? Please help

I have Mac-book A1534 and for some reason it stopped working and it’s not powering on. I have an idea of what it could be after tearing down and taking a look the parts it could be either a faulty logic-board due to the machine no having a cooling system, or the charging port is faulty and needs to be replace. Not sure just need to know if it’s a typically problem.
