How do I fix this problem?

Okay so my ps4 often has a lot of issue like it started when it was only like this sometimes but now it’s never not like this and what it’s doing is like everything freezes and takes forever to load it crashes I can’t play any games at all. Sometimes it shuts off and when it try’s to turn back on it goes into safe mode and asks me to install the update via like a drive and it’s up to date I know it is it also like sometimes takes forever to power on with the white light it almost is like the blue light of death but it still lets me try to play games even tho it’s unsuccessful please please help.
