Vibration function, microphone and loudspeaker stopped working

Hi all,

Yesterday, I wanted to video chat with a friend of mine. Suddenly, my loudspeaker didn’t work anymore and the other person couldn’t hear me speaking. In addition, the smartphone doesn’t vibrate anymore.

When I call someone, I can hear that person speaking, so only the bottom loudspeaker stopped working.

I tried a reboot and even did a factory reset. Nothing works. Can someone help me?
