A Panasonic digital camera released in September 2013. The camera features 60x optical zoom and HD video and sound. I see black spots in the lens inside but how to remove the lens to clean. Please help

I can see dust in the lens and not sure how to open the lens to clean it. Please guide how to open the lens and clean it. Anybody, please help.
