Vizio tv turns on then off after a couple seconds

I have an older 22 inch vizio in my kitchen. When you turn it on there is a blue light

that comes on , in a couple seconds the light turns red and the tv goes off. I tried the

power cycle process, but it did not work. I have opened it up and looked at all the

boards and there is no visual evidence like burn marks. Any suggestions that I might

try would be appreciated. Is there any test to tell if the power board is bad. Thanks.
