1997 Honda Accord tail light or dash light not working a

I have a 1997 Honda Accord that my tail lights are not working at night but everything else works and I the fuse under the hood keeps blowing g up need help plz I tried replacing the fuse but keeps blowing it and also I reworked the wires under the steering wheel because they were burnt

If the fuse keeps blowing, then you have a shorted wire somewhere. Start with the burnt wire area and make sure they are fixed correctly.

I already check every wire and there good I just can’t find the problem I spent all day looking for it and I can’t seem to find anything
