New keyboard not working

Hi! I have changed 2 keyboards on my macbook pro, and i get the same situation on both. Only power button works and nothing else… i have done control option shift power and option command p r . At last i have reinstall mac os, but no luck…. When i enter the os with usb keyboard, it says keyboard cannot be recognized… what could be the problem?
