How to fix rockjam RJ-654 noise and turning off after pressing key?

I have a Rockjam RJ-654 keyboard which has a rather annoying loud noise coming from it, I’ve tried speakers and headphones and both have the same issue, the keyboard will also turn off if I try playing some keys and some key’s don’t work. I’d like to see if I can repair it but I have a feeling it might be a dud. Here is a youtube video of the issue
