My laptop turn on and off immediately

Turning on but immediately off.

1. Changing adaptor good
2. Changing port good
3. No short
4. Battery good
5. First I connected charger ,laptop power and charging LED lights..then i remove charger,and reconnected.but lights off.but power has.I check through multimedia..I want to know that what the problem it has.
