Screen black after battery change
After I changed the battery the screen became black but there was still signs of life because when i highered and lowered the volume the speakers made a sound

@markoo okay so you still have a working tablet just no video. double check all of your work. Make sure that all cables are properly seated and re-connected. If all of that checks out okay then look for and pry damage. see if you accidentally broke a component off etc., If all of that looks good it is a. possible your board got shorted out or b. your LCD has somehow failed at the same time. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks for your help I will take a look at it tomorrow.
I checked everything I saw without going deep into detail (getting every component out) I didn't find any damage or something missing.
Update: I just looked at the Flex Connector of the Display and found that a piece broke off while working i ordered a new one from: https://www.ebay.de/itm/282253171977
