Do I have to get a screen replace for my iPod touch 7 gen because I dropped it 4 times since I had it

@jaxonpartin going by your symptoms and by your statements that it was dropped, I would start with a new display. There is always a possibility that this is a bad (disconnected) ribbon cable or even the logic board but until you open it up and start looking there just is no way to tell. Start with the display.
