so I broke my screen and we fixed it but one of the two tiny black wires got snipped, what are these wires for? everything seems to work fine on the phone other than no one can hear me when I answer. could those wires be why ?

one of the wires was probably for the microphone, do you have anything else on the phone that uses voice control to check if that works or if the microphone is completely dead? may need to open it back up and fix that wire. from working with phones daily usually if I remove or catch something then whatever doesn't work when you put it back together was probably the thing that was caught when it was open.
