Turned jeep on lights came on wipers are on and i have no dash lights but i also have no control of lights wipers nothing and it wont come out of park dont know what is causing this please help

Aaron Daggett way to many issues going on here. Jeep is notorious for a bad TIPM; you will have to have a repair scan it for a faulty TIPM etc.
