Why do I get both P0160and P0401 codes at the same time?

Why do I get both P0160and P0401 codes at the same time?

For some reason I started getting both these codes after they were rest when I have been driving and I decelerate?

オプション

PO160 is bank 2 o2 sensor and PO401 is EGR issue, is it a diesel engine, if so its probably issue with the EGR valve.
