Oki mc363 error 990

I am currently using a Oki MC363 Printer for work but after replacing the Black Toner (K) I keep recieveing the Error code 990 I have tried numerous times to rectify the error by cleaning the Waste Toner container on the Black Toner and the rest but to no previal. I have also tried the rest of the option on that I could find on the internet but again to no previal. Any help is appreciated
