SAMSUNG TV Sound and Backlight work but no picture, Model UE40J5580SU

Hello,

My SAMSUNG LCD LED TV, suddenly stopped showing the picture, while backlight and sound is ok. I checked the voltage with multimeter, it seems I have voltage on all the boards (Power supply board, main board and T-con board ). Where exactly should I check the voltage and where the problem can be?

UPDATE:

I measured the Voltage on T-Con board on several points, it seems that in the inlet (from the main board) I have around 12V but in the outlet (towards panels) Ihave no Voltage.

I have 12 V-0.4 V on some elements on the inlet side,but almost nothing towards the oulet.:

So can we say that T-Con board itself is faulty and should be changed?
