wiko phone can make but not receive calls
my wiko phone can make but not receive calls even when in service. i called the company and was told that it wasn’t on there end. i have done every reset, every change and still no luck. i really am at a loss, please assist somehow!!!

What indication do you get on the calling phone when you call your Wiko phone number, ringtone signal, busy signal, recorded message etc?
Can you receive SMS OK on the Wiko phone?
I know you said that you have done every change but have you tried swapping the SIM card with a known working network compatible SIM card and check whether your SIM card works OK in the other phone or not and that the other SIM card works OK in your phone or not?
Basically swap SIM cards between two phones that use the same network.
What model Wiko phone is it?
