how many spark plugs do I need to change in my 2007 Saturn relay 3 and where are they located and how do I do it?

Grace's Life Garland your Saturn is identical to the Buick Terraza, the Chevrolet Uplander, and the Pontiac Montana SV6. It is absolutely no fun getting to the plugs. Your Saturn et.al. has three plugs on the front side and three on the rear. Take a look at this video as well as this one and see if you are up for it. Some comments to give you an idea of what you are up against on here Even so it sounds like a real PITA I think, if you take your time and prepare yourself for a bit of a nasty job, you can do it.
