My 32 inch Sanyo Roku smart tv randomly shut off and won’t turn back on. There’s no standby light and it’s making a sound from the area by the power cord. I’ve switched outlets and it still didn’t turn on and also tried pushing the reset button and nothing has worked.

@pierce3899 see if you can find a good model number. Next you need to remove the back from your TV and have a look at the power board. Post some good images of your boards and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
This sounds like a power board issue so you need a multimeter to measure the voltages from the boad to the main board as well as the LED backlight etc. Again pictures will help us to help you
