Where can I purchase a new adapter cord
My cord fried during use? It’s fried in the adapter connector going into the system? Why? Can it be fixed? Was very scary. Just zapped and fried at connector

You could also contact the company, to check if they sell it.
I would rather buy a new one instead of fixing the old one. If the old one is fried, it’s difficult to find parts for the power adapter. Not sure why it’s fried, how old is the adapter? Did it became very hot? No water damage or something? And how is the wall outlet, still good?

The plug was not hot, just heard a snap then the adapter end that goes into the speaker was fried. I only had this speaker for about 3 mths. I just put it away and came a crossed it the other day. Wanted to repaired.
I procrastinated
So the warranty is expired, right?
Maybe the + and the - has touched each other, this can cause it. Perhaps you can find a replacement part for the plug. And also check the battery, it could be damaged too.
