iPod shows sad face with exclamation and wont boot

Hi,

It is iPod Nano 1st generation 1GB model A1137. I know its very very old. I just want it to turn on! it just gives me sad face and then goes back to apple logo and again sad face. When i plugged it to computer, it showed up in my computer as a drive and itunes recognized it. in itunes it said its corrupted and need to be restored. Tried restoring in iTunes but it failed Now neither of them show it. Goes in disk mode with struggles of many retries but restarts again. Only one time it stayed in disk mode forever, but ipod updater said it cant mount ipod. Diagnostic mode works well. Any help please
