turned on computer after having it off prob 6 mths. the screen came up and I could log in. now the screen is blank. tried alt-ctrl-delete and function buttons but no luck. can u help me? Thank you Norma Jean

Hi Norma,
Is the charger plugged in ? Maybe battery is flat after 6 months?

Plug an external monitor and if you don't have one then tell us if you can hear login sound or something like that.
