Bulb symbol and Power light blinking twice. Black screen upon login.

Asus TUF Gaming FX505GD I5501T

I noticed that, the bulb symbol led and the power led, both blink twice. Everytime i restart(boot up) and login to my laptop. There’s a tiny command prompt window open up and the screen is black. If i close the command prompt window, it does nothing, the screen is still black.

Any conclusions? Any ideas?
