Water comes out of the portafilter when I am just trying to prime it.
When I try to prime my machine water not only comes out of the steam wand but out of where the portafilter goes too. In the past when I prime these machines water only comes out the steam wand. The brew button is turned off as it should be. Can anyone help me?
Not really familiar with these units but you may want to look at the following to see if anything there is of help. As a rule, water coming out of somewhere it's not supposed to is usually indicative of a seal, connection malfunction or cracked component.
