800xrt club car will not move

Son was driving cart it slowed to a stop. Charged it. Went to get on it turned key on pushed pedal and nothing and that’s for fwd and rev.

odd tidbit: when I push accelerator the led battery condition indicator light disappears but when let off of accelerator it comes back on. Never done that before

the solenoid is brand new and batteries have water
