We just bought a new ecotank 2650 and we did the setup so we tried copying with color but it doesnt print in color, only black and white. the ink is full and we dont know whats the problem plz help

Hi,
Since it is a new printer, either return it to the place of sale for a refund or replacement or read the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should have come with the printer as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair, replacement or refund since the printer is faulty.

in the settings of the printer software maybe it is set to b/w and if so you need to change it to color

Hi,
Did you try to print in colour from a computer connected to the printer or copy a colour document from the printer's control panel or both and it didn't work from either?

I’m having a similar problem. My printer won’t printer anything in colour. I’ve had the printer for a year and it used to print in colour. It’s my school printer and last year it printer colour all the time but ever since this year started it hasn’t. The printer was unplugged and disconnected for almost six months in between.
