I have a new Ultimate Ears, it charged the first time but now it won’t. I’ve tried the suggestions, held down both keys, waited for the please charge then the ‘horse’ click but it then did nothing, no flashing light. Are these very expensive things a dud??
What do I do now, I got this very sexy looking yellow charger with it, could it be no good already? Any other advice would be aprreciated.

Hi @cil1lian ,
Have you tried a different compatible charger just to prove whether yours is faulty or not?
If it makes no difference, as the speaker is new, it should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Return it (and all associated parts) for a replacement or refund as it is faulty.
