Where is the authorized customer service that handles repair

I had not been wearing my Alta fitbit for a month, and just this morning decided to wear it again. However, the device wont turn on while wearing it on my wrist. I chraged it this morning and while it does turn on when charging it, wearing it again on my wrist it would die on me. Where is the the authorized repair service in metro manila, philippines?
