Hey,
My frigidaire affinity stop mid cycle. When I try to start it again, i just get the pause message. Also, the tank is half full of water.
I try tu clean the filter and pump. I thought its might be ok, but when I tried again, it pause mid cycle. Also, my error code is E41

Hey danick.
This is most often going to indicate an issue with the computer thinking the door is not securely closed/locked. This can be from a damaged door strike (on the back of the door) or from a mechanical or electrical failure with the door latch/lock (mounted on the machine, in line with the door strike). Use can use a multi meter to test for the door latch for continuity. If required, replacing this part is fairly easy. Lots of videos out there on this repair, also.
Sometimes your problem might arise if the drain pump is draining too slowly, suggesting a kink in the drain hose, an obstruction either in the hose or in the pump, or a damaged/failing pump.
And finally, if there’s no problem with the door latch or draining, it may be an issue with the control board.

Hi my washer, not same model as yours, had a problem with the pump not emptying fast enough causing a stop mid cycle, I think the door switch can also cause E41 on your model. With water in it if you use say a spin cycle can you hear the pump emptying the water out? if not it might be the pump.
