- I have a Dell XPS 13-9360; Core i7 7560u / 16GB / 256GB SSD / Touch.
- Yesterday I sold to customers, customers see the machine and when you open the machine to check with software CPU-Z, the Process Name item appears as "Intel Core i7 7100u"? Both guests and I were shocked, and so the guests left!
- Please ask where is my device due to this situation?

Hi,
Press Win + r keys (both together) and type dxdiag in the box, click OK and check what is shown for the processor in the System tab, just in case CPU-Z is wrong
You could also try using this link and use the service tag on the laptop, to check what system details Dell thinks is installed in the laptop.
If it is different to what is on the product information that came with the laptop, contact Dell about it.

Yes, I contacted Dell through the forum and they said they were not responsible for information from third-party software. However, my device was also sold. Thank you!
