Scroll to p.109 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.
If you search online for Dell Inspiron One 2330 LCD screen, you’ll get results for suppliers of the part. Most say currently out of stock.
Alternatively you could search using the part number for the LCD screen - 04YNMY.
