I’ve installed the Mac OS Catalina Beta on a separate partition just to not loose my files, but just after installing, my main partition doesn’t load and after verifying the diskette says this:
Unrecognized file system (-69846)

You should post a bug report!
whats likely happened is your current partition is using HFS+ and not the expected APFS.
You may want to try starting the system holding the Option key so you can manually choose which partition to boot from.
