LG TV 50 inch is black screen
LG 50LN5100
screen is black. How do I fix this?
Tried unplug, and New hdmi cord. Still nothing. Now no sound or anything. TV won’t turn on.

unplug every input source cable. Unplug the TV from the outlet and hold the power button down for 30-60 seconds. then reconnect the TV to power. Connect only one video source (preferably a local source like DVD BR etc.Bad TV cable boxes can cause this as well)) and try to turn it on. If that does not work you want to check your power supply board to make sure that you have power going to it. You will need a multimeter and measure the fuses on the board for a. continuity and b. power. Let us know what you find. Right now it does sound like a power board issue.
