Panasonic tx-58ax802b freeze at boot power cycle and red LED 13 flash.

Recently aquired a Panasonic tx-58ax802b, starts with multiple green flashes of the led, then turn solid green, freezes at the panasonic logo, power cycles multiple times, and the red LED flashes 13 times.

i havent opened it up as of yet, some searches suggest possible mainboard failure.
