Blu Advance 4.0 A207a refuses to boot after flash

Hello, my phone Blu Advance 4.0 A207a is unable to get past the boot logo, i have tried several steps:

1) Tried the simple recovery -> wipe data/factory reset, didn't work

2) Used FlashTools 5.1664 with this stock rom http://www.mediafire.com/file/76z8rj8df8...

Tried with practically every flash method, even did a separate format, format+download, format the bootloader also, etc. It still doesn't goes past bootscreen.

Im starting to suspect i just have the wrong flash rom, but i tried this one from firmwarefile https://firmwarefile.com/blu-advance-4-0..., it doesn't works either and the logo is just plain wrong (it says Blu Products with a black background instead of the Blu Bold for Us logo)

What options i have remaining with my phone?
