Why my tell not open after greeting screen?
after press power key its open logo lg(life is good)and donot operate ,still at this position life is good.
what can i do?

Try booting into “Safe Mode” and then perform a full factory reset of the phone.
- Hold down the power key until the power menu appears.
- Instead of just tapping RESTART, hold it down until it restarts. This should boot your phone into “Safe Mode”.
- In “Safe Mode”, do a full factory reset.
- Reboot.
