I have a c250 sandisk mp3 player who screen is blank.
My music is working but the screen does not. I tried the reboot and still nothing. please help

Try holding the power button, for at least 20 seconds, to reset it.
You could also take out the battery,
press and hold power button for 30 seconds.
Put battery back in and close case. Now press power button.

It did get the thing to open, it went to a white screen so I held the button down again and I did get to see files, etc. but it's locked. Not sure a) how it got locked and b) how to unlock it.

What happens if you turn it on plugged into a computer? Does the screen appear?
