The earphones are fully charged but won’t turn on

When I put the earphones on charge a blue light comes on to show they are fully charged but they won’t turn on. I have tried anything. Does anyone have any solutions and if not how could I reach out to the company?

I can't pair and then unpair , as the earphones will NOT TURN ON in the first place (despite being fully charged).

I have the same issue, if anybody found a solution, please let me know, I love these headphones and I'd be heartbroken to lose them :(

I also have this issue. Love the head phones but won't turn on. The noise cancelling will turn on though, but sadly no
