Hello, my speaker will turn on and connect to my device but no sound will come out of it

Hi,
What is the model number of the speaker?
Have you checked the volume level in the audio source to ensure that it is a good level and has not been set too low or even muted?
Has the speaker got an aux in socket so that you can connect audio via a compatible stereo audio cable to check if the audio does work in the speaker?
Have you tried pairing it (assuming you are connected via BT) with another audio source device (mobile phone etc) to check if the audio works?

My harman aura when connect to iphone it will show “accessory not supported with this device” it’s only happen after the speaker had issues with no sound, it can connect by Bluetooth but no sound like in mute mode.
Does anyone have solutions on this issue?
Is it the software or hardware problem?

Need to try another pair of speakers on your device and try your speakers on another device to troubleshoot both items.
