After screen replacement smart keyboard won’t work or make device slee
I’ve just had a new screen put on my 12.9 iPad Pro. Since I got it back, my Smart Keyboard doesn’t work and closing the cover also doesn’t put the iPad to sleep. I’ve tried changing settings, reloading iPad and resetting it completely. No joy. The keyboard is only a few months old and worked perfectly before the screen replacement (by a 3rd party firm.)
is is this a common occurrence after a screen replacement?
