Where are the power pads on this logic board?

Looking for power pads on my early 2011 A1286 Macbook pro.

I have followed the guide on this site for this model of macbook but there are no power pads there.

The board number is 661-5852

I can supply images of the area it is supposed to be in. There are board markers there but no pads.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks!

Being an i7 you don’t really need power pads, just plug in the magsafe without battery and it will start on its own. If it doesn’t, the power pads would make no difference. However, if you’re really in need for power pads anyways, you can find pictures here: https://beetstech.com/blog/where-are-mac...

I am having issues getting my laptop to switch on or charge. No led on the charger when plugged in either. Previously the macbook would switch on without a battery but now won't even do that. However, using the image you provided (which is the same as other guides) there is no power pads in that location. Just the markers on the board …but no plates.any ideas where else they are?

Thank you

@scottym The markers you see on the board are the actual pads, pictures showed in the link I provided are accurate as far as I know. If you have no green light on charger you can't expect the pads to work, as I said earlier if you have no spontaneous boot on an i7 when you plug in charger it means not even the main power line is there. You'll need to troubleshoot the onewire and the charging circuit to start with. Once you have at least the green light on magsafe you can take care of power pads voltage and related components.
