Phone not turning on
My phone is off and when I connect charger the led blinks 3 times and when I remove the charger and press n hold power button the white led keeps blinking but wont start the phone

Hello @RishabBhattarai,
Your phones battery is probably faulty. You may need to replace it. Do this by following these instructions:
- Buy a Replacement Battery
- Remove the Screen:
- Remove the SIM card.
- Unscrew the two screws on the bottom of the phone.
- Use a tool to pry the screen from the phone (Be careful, so it does not damage the casing)
- Remove the three screws next to the battery
- Remove the Screen Flex Cable (Looks like a black ribbon)
- Remove the Damaged Battery:
- Remove the Battery Flex Cable
- Remove the Battery Stickers
- Take the Battery out
- Put in the New Battery
- Insert the Battery Flex Cable
- Insert the Screen Flex Cable
- Check if the phone will boot
- Drain the battery, then charge (This tests to see if the battery works)
- Power off the phone
- Take phone screen off
- Take off the Screen Flex Cable and the Battery Flex Cable
- Put new Battery Stickers on top of where the battery would go.
- Insert New Battery and insert the Battery Flex Cable and Screen Flex Cable
- Insert Battery Bracket and screw in the three screws
- Press screen back into place
- Insert two screws in the bottom of the phone
- Insert the SIM card

Hello dude,
Just had the EXACT same problem, solved it by opening the phone (2 screws to be removed next the charging port), disconnect the battery (just a small cable, it's easy af, many tutorials on youtube), plug the charger, reconnect the battery.
I read somewhere that it's due to a desync between the battery and the phone.

Hi I'm in the same shoes now Note 7 pro just shutdown I don't have idea how to pry open it
Tried the same, unfortunatly no luck, led keep blink for time and then stop and no charging =(

i tried this solution but it didnt work for me. Its a xiaomi mi a2 one
I had the same problem, what I did;
- I followed the advice online of opening it, pull the flat battery cable, plug it in and re-attach the cable, nothing.
- I bought a second A2 since the first was covered under warranty anyway. I took out its battery, and put it in my old phone…. and voila. It worked. I than put the old battery in the new phone and…. voila it worked.
- I charged the old phone and the new phone, both gave a charging light while charging. I was all happy.
- Next morning old phone (with new battery) dead. Same problem as before. It charged overnight but thats it.
I assume that phone and battery got out of sync again. But there seems no way to fix it. It seem to loose its sync again. To backup data the above is a procedure, but I will now send back the old phone and continue with the new, which is also double the memory :)

Hi sir I need your help to get back my mi A2
I went to Goa that time my mobile display cracked and automatic functioned so I removed combo then keeped it but i afraid about battery so charger it everyday for 5 days all times mobile gets vibration and board ligts works, but i came back i charged it again at my home it's not vibrate or lights on, so I given to technician he told charging ic issue so ordered from online then i give him then after fix no improvement so I buy 2 sub charging board again same no any action, the final i insert the charger on mobile port mobile charging ic(board) getting over heat but mobile like a dead so please give me a correct guidelines please i am ready to visit any shop
