Optoma hd141x - I replaced a bulb and now the unit won’t turn on

I have an Optoma 141x and the bulb literally blew up. I ordered a replacement bulb from Optoma, seemed to replace with no issues but put everything back together and it won’t turn on. Still giving the bulb warning. (2 red lights - power and bulb). It’s powered but the fan never kicks on and the light never turns in. While trying to clean the filters I took off the lid, sprayed canned air and the ribbon became disconnected. I connected it back, best I could tell, and put back together. Did it all again, and same response. Help? Any ideas?
