When I talk noone can hear me

You don’t state the make and model number of the phone but try the following:

Try making or receiving a call using either the earphones with the microphone attachment or with the phone in loudspeaker (or hands free) mode.

If you can be heard OK it indicates that there is a problem with the phone’s internal microphone or perhaps the voice inlet hole, usually found on the bottom edge of the phone is blocked with lint or perhaps may be blocked by a cover or case.

To check the latter possibility, use a strong light and a magnifying glass to inspect the voice inlet hole.

If it appears to be blocked (or even if you can’t tell) try using a vacuum cleaner to see if you can clear the blockage. DO NOT use a pin or probe to try and clear it as you may damage the microphone which is directly behind the hole.

If it still doesn’t work go online and search for how to start your phone in ‘safe mode’, e.g. (insert make and model phone) safe mode. If the phone works OK when in safe mode, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You’ll need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one, and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall. When it does work correctly the last downloaded app that was uninstalled is the culprit.

If none of the above works, get back with the make and model number of the phone and hopefully you will get more ideas on what to look for.
