Stuck on blackberry logo when Booting up!

So initially i just thought that the Battery was just dead, so when a new one arrived i replaced it hoping that this would solve the problem, no success! I even tried charging the battery external which works fine, but even with the battery completely full the phone is still stuck on the blackberry logo!

It seems that a lot of people are having similar issues but nobody has gotten a solution yet! I really don’t want to loose any data, so i am looking for something to try prior to try a Factory Reset!

To be Clear, the device comes on, but does not boot up… its stuck on “BlackBerry“! I’ve also tried various different chargers! I’m out of ideas of things i can try, if someone has a different angle of attack or some tips and trick for me, i would greatly appreciate that!
