Is that a problem with unlock code for OS or for SIM? If you can boot into OS and use it w/o SIM, ask your SIM provider to reset your SIM PIN and give you a new one. Or you can try to block it by typing wrong PIN 3 times in a row and enter PUK code (it’s 8-digit code created in order to restore PIN code). After entering PUK code you can create new PIN code. PUK should be written somewhere in paperwork that came with your SIM card. If that doesn’t help, ask for a SIM card replacement.
