How do I get my Android process .acore to work¿

My RCA Viking Pro 10 keeps flashing “Android process.com.acore” has stopped. How do I restart this file. Every since this file has stopped I can't unplug my tablet. The battery charges but as soon as unplug it and push the power button to turn it on it starts to blink on and off. Weird thing is that when I reconnect it back to AC power it works find. Can someone help me please!!
