What are the plastics used for the LCD backlight diffuser?

I would like to know what are the plastics used to make each layer of the LCD backlight diffuser. I counted 6 in total, but I don’t know what they are. Any help is appreciated.

Usually you can find diffusers, Fresnel lenses, and polarizing films. Fresnel lenses are sometimes used in the back-side for amplifying the back light, polarizing films are needed for LCD’s

Edit, what materials are they made from:

Polarizing film is made by dyeing film (mainly polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)) or by iodine being adsorbed onto its surface, then stretching and orientating it. This gives the film polarization characteristics that allow only light with a certain oscillation direction to pass through it.

The Fresnel and diffusers are usually made of a PVC film

Thank you for the help! Apple says that no PVC is used to make the iPhones, so I researched it a little more to see what else I could find. This website (http://informationdisplay.org/id-archive...) confirms that the Polarizing film is made out of PVA with a layer of TAC encapsulating it. It also says that the prism sheets are made out of PET or PC film and the diffusers out of PET with resin beads on top.
