Why dose crombook blackout every time I open Google playstore

Everytime I turn my Chromebook on and go to Google Play Store and then click on something else on Play Store then the whole screen goes dark and then Chrome browser will open up and say that Chrome wasn't shut down right do you want to restore it I tried that and still no luck with trying to get onto Google Play Store it even does it when I'm playing a game and sometimes and other things
