Is this a power supply problem or a BLOD issue?

My PS4 Slim recently stopped working and i was hoping someone here would help me diagnose the problem or just confirm whether or not it’s a power supply issue. When i hit the power button on the console it beeps and the blue light flashes on for about half a second. If i try to push the power button a second time nothing happens no beep and no light until i unplug it from the socket in the wall. I’m not sure if this is a BLOD issue or a faulty power supply if it’s the latter i’m fairly confident that i can do the repairs myself again just seeing if anyone can give me a second opinion before i go ripping it open or ordering any replacement parts.
